All-women founded teams raised just 1.9% of all venture capital dollars through the third quarter of 2023.


A woman’s chances of raising VC funds increased fourteen times if she had a male co-founder rather than a female co-founder.


Private equity firms that lack gender diversity at the managing director level show significantly higher atrrition among women in investing roles.


From 2012 to 2022, 80% of AI venture capital went to all-male teams, with all-female teams securing only 0.3%.


In North America, just 15.7% of tech startup founders are women, with Chicago leading the way at 31%.


“Diverse private equity funds produced higher MOIC than their non-diverse counterparts in 83.3% of the vintage years between 1998 and 2021”.
