Let’s take one giant leap for womankind

Some Interesting Stats

In the first half of 2023, the percentage of VC money invested in all-women teams dropped from 1.9% in 2022 to 1.6% of the $64.6b in VC allocated.

In the first half of 2023, a woman's chance of raising VC funds increased seventeen times if she had a male co-founder rather than a female co-founder.

Women-led funds accounted for just 1.3% of the $165.9 billion raised by venture funds globally in 2022 and were less than half the size.

VC funds that increased their female partner hires by 10% saw, on average, a 1.5% spike in overall fund returns and 9.7% more profitable exits.

Diverse private equity funds produced higher net MOIC than their non-diverse counterparts in 83.3% of the vintage years between 1998 and 2021.

Female-founded companies exit one year earlier and have faster-growing valuations than companies without women on their founding team.
